Italian Macaroni Salad

1 bag 3 colour rottini (curly noodles)
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 head broccoli cut into small pieces
1/2 onion, diced
10 baby carrots sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 8 oz bag shredded colby/montery jack cheese blend
1 large bottle Italian Salad Dressing

Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain well and rinse. In a large bowl mix together first 7 items. Pour salad dressing over mixture. Add the shredded cheese and mix well. For some added flavour, you may want to try sprinkling some parmesean cheese and mixing well.

Note: any pasta will work; elbow macaroni, bow ties, plain rottini, etc.
