2 Halibut Fillets
1 c Mayonnaise
Dill Weed to taste
Garlic Salt to taste
1 tbl lemon juice
Parmesean Cheese
Mix together mayo, dill week, garlic salt and lemon juice. Coat fillets with mixture. Sprinkle parmesean cheese over top of fillets. When you think you have enough, add some more. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Then broil for 5 - 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
